By accessing or using Roster Champion, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility
You must be authorized to use the service and provide accurate account information. If you use Roster Champion for an employer, club, household, or other organisation, you are responsible for making sure you have permission to add schedules, names, availability, events, notes, and contact details connected to that group.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
Do not share passwords or authentication codes. If you invite another person to view or manage a roster, use the sharing tools and permissions provided by the service rather than sending private credentials.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are processed by our payment provider. Fees are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled. You may manage or cancel your subscription in the app.
Free access may include advertising and usage limits. Paid plans may remove ads, increase capacity, or enable additional support routes depending on the plan shown at checkout. Prices, limits, and plan names may change, but the billing page should show the current offer before purchase.
Service access
Access may be limited or suspended if payment fails or for security and compliance reasons.
Acceptable use
- No unauthorized access or interference with the service.
- No distribution of malicious code, spam, or abusive content.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Do not use Roster Champion to publish unlawful, discriminatory, harassing, or unsafe instructions.
- Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, payment checks, authentication, or access controls.
Data and content
You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service.
You are responsible for the roster content you enter, including names, shifts, absence notes, fixtures, household tasks, and team information. Avoid entering sensitive information unless it is necessary for the scheduling purpose and you have the right to use it.
Third-party services
The service integrates with third parties (e.g., hosting, billing, and identity providers). Their terms may apply.
The public website may use advertising, analytics, calendar, and support-related providers. The privacy and cookie policies explain how these tools are used and how visitors can manage consent choices.
Availability
We strive for high availability, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance or external dependency issues.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roster Champion is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Termination
