Visitors should know whether a contact page is real, monitored, and useful.
Messages submitted through this page are sent to the same support intake used by the public website. A useful request normally includes the account email, the affected page or app screen, the device or browser, and a short description of what you expected to happen. For roster data issues, include whether the issue affects a work rota, sports roster, family rota, workspace, billing page, or sign-in flow.
Standard support requests target a response within one business day. Urgent access, billing, or privacy requests are prioritised when the message clearly states the issue and includes enough detail to locate the account. We do not ask users to post private roster details in public channels.
Most support requests can be solved without exposing sensitive roster details.
For product support, describe the workflow rather than pasting an entire roster. For example, tell us that a sports fixture is not saving, a work shift swap is not visible, or a family task rotation is not behaving as expected. Include the browser, device, and account email so the issue can be traced.
For billing, include the plan name and account email, but do not send payment card numbers. For privacy, state whether you want access, correction, deletion, consent help, or another data-related action. If more detail is needed, support can ask for it through a safer follow-up route.
This form uses the same public contact endpoint as the rest of the website.
